Problem description:
(Isolated islands in the vicinity of inappropriate)
Islet of Youth
Graduated from Egyptian universities every year tens of thousands
of young people, especially in science colleges under the economic difficulties
and the scarcity of employment opportunities for young people and the difficulty
of access to secure jobs for graduates seeking a quiet life socially few (hundreds)
of them to develop their skills and the development of training courses and increase
the qualifications for a consensus with the labor market, which seeks to obtain
Only on rare skills
The rare of them (dozens) have ideas and ambitious
scientific research.
In the midst of all those young people lose the
desire to go to the field of scientific research for the lack of a proper center
of the teachers to encourage them to do so or financing or donors adopt their ideas
or companies encourage them to engage in this area
With the decline of the role of government institutions
in the field of scientific research and for many reasons, to take us out on the
basic issue
Choose the number of young people have plenty
of escape abroad in search of a real opportunity and a suitable environment to accommodate
their aspirations, ideas and research.
Islet of experts and professors
End of thousands of postgraduate researchers and dozens of
them to travel abroad in the missions provided by the State or by donors to come
back loaded with ideas serve the enormous scientific and practical life in all its
branches in the midst of downtown, however, encouraging and appropriate supplements
are rarely isolated research only to get a degree and positions
Island businesses and donors
Companies are looking to get a product of modern technology
and scientific research, either through imports or import the output of brain drain
and the price is expensive, although that product may not be compatible with the
requirements of the market and the local community during which these companies
do not allocate any expenses in this area in spite of the allocation for the benefit
of many projects other civil society groups which sees the participation of propaganda
only, no return on the improvement of the final product to such companies
For the donors also rarely addressed the financing
in this area and in an orientation that did not encourage them to change any of
the institutions of the State government and NGOs in the perception of Khati on
the basis that the community needs to earn a living and not scientific research,
this trend has been altered by all the countries that have achieved growth and succeeded
in entry under the framework of the developed countries such as India and Malaysia,
said President of India Abdul Kulim, the world "We do not neglect the rich nations
for scientific research"
It was the cornerstone of scientific research on
which it is based Mahathir Mohamed progress Malaysia has exceeded the States saying,
dean of Arabic literature, Dr. Taha Hussein, "education such as water and air" to
the scientific research of the State is like water and air
