Structure

1.     What is a governing council and executive council?

The Governing Council of EAJS s comprised of  5 members was created in  September 2007.the Governing Council super ceded the association.

The Executive Board of   EAJS comprised of 13 members, was created in September 2007. The Executive Board super ceded 35 membersmore...

2.     What are the functions of the two councils?

To implement the policies formulated by Governing Council

·         To receive information from and give guidance to Governing Council to ensure that the activities and operational strategies of each program  are consistent with the overall policy guidance

·         To monitor the performance of the  program .

·         To approve programs,

·         To decide the administrative and financial plans and budgets;

·         To recommend new initiatives to the Governing Council

·         To encourage and examine new programs initiatives.

·         To submit monthly reports to the Governing Council this could include recommendations, where appropriate, for improvement of field-level coordination.

3.     How does election occur?

The members elect the Governing Council in March each 1 years

The Governing Council elects members of the Executive Board in march each 1 years.
